Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the shopping and entertainment area, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms, although cozy and well-appointed, could benefit from brighter lighting and more spacious design. The service was exceptional despite the busyness, providing a high level of care and attention to guests. While the dining experience offered a good variety, the room selection process could be improved. Overall, a solid choice for a stay, especially for those aiming for a central location in Perth.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped and stylish, making me feel like I was staying in a much more expensive place. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to meet our needs. The location was convenient, close to great shops and the city, but the noise from the elevators was a downside. The dining experience was a mix of amazing and poor, with excellent quality food in the restaurant but disappointing in other areas. Overall, a great value for the money.
I accidentally left the do not disturb sign on the door even though I wanted the room made up, but the room was very clean and had great amenities. The shower offered fantastic views over Perth. The staff were nice and friendly, and they were helpful during our stay. Although there is no spa or swimming pool, the service was excellent. The location isn't great as it's a bit of a walk back to the hotel, but the hotel is right in the heart of Perth, close to everything. The dining had a limited range but was fresh and varied. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences but good value for the money.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were well insulated from noise, modern, and clean, with access to an excellent lounge area offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and pre-dinner drinks and canopies. The location was superb, right at the end of the mall, making it central to everything. The dining experience was top-notch with a great selection of food options. The service was a bit slow during busy times, but the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
